Course Service Agreement & Refund Policy 

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your purchase and enrollment in courses, training programs, and digital products offered by RMNT LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through our checkout on Kajabi. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products Covered This Agreement applies to all courses, training schools, and digital products offered by RMNT LLC, including but not limited to live cohort-based courses and self-paced (non-live) digital courses.

2. Pricing All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or exchange-rate differences applied by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.

3. Refund Policy — Live Courses For live courses (including cohort-based programs and any course delivered on a scheduled, live basis):

•  You have one (1) week (7 days) from the date of purchase to request a refund if you change your mind.
•  This one-week window applies whether you pay in full or enroll on a payment plan. If you are on a payment plan, requesting a refund within the window entitles you to a refund of amounts paid to date, and any remaining scheduled installments will be cancelled.
•  Refund requests must be made in writing within the one-week window (see Section 5).

4. Refund Policy — Non-Live Courses For non-live courses (self-paced digital courses and downloadable products):

•  You have forty-eight (48) hours from the date of purchase to request a refund if you change your mind.
•  After the 48-hour window has passed, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
•  Refund requests must be made in writing within the 48-hour window (see Section 5).

5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund within the applicable window, email us at hello@everydayrevivalists.com with your name, the name of the course, and your date of purchase. The date and time of your written request will be used to determine whether it falls within the applicable window.

6. Processing of Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Access After Refund Upon issuing a refund, your access to the applicable course, materials, and any associated community or member area will be revoked. You agree to delete any downloaded materials and to cease use of all course content.

8. Our Right to Cancel, Refund, or Refuse We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel an enrollment, issue a refund, or refuse service to any person we believe is creating problems, being disruptive, violating our community standards, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the purpose and environment of our courses and community. Where we cancel for these reasons, we may issue a refund of amounts paid, in whole or in part, at our discretion, and access to the applicable course, materials, and community will be revoked.

9. Chargebacks If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first requesting a refund through the process above may result in the loss of access to your purchased and other enrolled products.

10. Changes to This Agreement We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement and Refund Policy.
